Step 1: Preparation
Measure penis diameter using a vernier caliper or the provided size card. Sterilize and apply anesthesia.
Step 2: Glans Positioning
Place the cup-shaped knob over the glans. Separate the foreskin from the glans and pull it over the knob.
Step 3 & 4: Trimming & Stapling
Tie the ligature around the foreskin. Screw the knob into the circumcision device, release the safety clip, and press the handle to cut and staple simultaneously.
