Super Absorbent PE Film Lamination Non Woven for Surgical Drape Reinforce Material
The PE Film Laminated Spunbond and Melt-blown non woven uses polypropylene and PE film as raw material. It is composed of PP spunbond and Melt-blown nonwoven, reinforced by heat sealing and hydrophilic treatment, finally laminated with PE film.
The bottom PE Film can be transparent, white, or blue, while the top PP nonwoven is available in light blue and dark blue. It is widely used as a super absorbent reinforcement material for surgical drapes.
PE films are waterproof and can effectively avoid leakage during medical procedures.
Effectively cuts off blood, body fluids, alcohol, and bacteria penetration.
Superfine fiber structure guarantees sweat steam passes through smoothly.
Upper and lower layers of polypropylene spun-bonded material offer high wear resistance.
