Product Description

Using a combination of vacuum pump and refrigeration unit to quickly reach a high vacuum state of more than 30mba.
Direct spray of hot and humid steam on material surfaces for uniform heating and high-efficiency sterilization.
Steam introduction to the inner walls after sterilization ensures effective drying without direct material contact.

Steam air retort directly heats food packaging with steam entering the kettle. A strong fan forces the steam inside to cycle, ensuring uniformity and accelerating heat exchange. The pressure is controlled by high-precision film valves, allowing for precise settings regardless of temperature, making it applicable for three-piece cans, bags, glass bottles, and plastic packaging.
