Historical Background: In the early days, wound sutures were mainly done with handmade sutures, which were complicated to operate and easily caused scars. Subsequently, people began to explore mechanical suturing methods. In 1979, the first disposable stapler was produced, bringing staplers into the stage of mass production. Since then, disposable skin staplers have been widely popularized in the medical industry due to their rapid operation, reduced surgical time, and improved results.
Working Principle: The suture apparatus extrudes and shapes pre-positioned staples on the push staple plate via mechanical drive. This achieved through the extrusion handle to effectively suture the skin. The staples are repetitively replenished along the push plate by a constant force spring advancement until all staples are used.
